Yeda is an online educational startup helping teens grow in Math, English, and mindset. We prefer building relationships and investing our resources in people over running ads. Our culture is warm, honest, and clear. We support our team the same way we support our students.

We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused Community Outreach Coordinator to help us connect with families and communities around the world.

You’ll be identifying relevant communities, initiating conversations, and helping families move toward an intake chat. Much of the work is unstructured, so you must be comfortable operating in a startup environment where you carve your own path and take initiative.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to grow with a small, values-driven startup.

• Identify communities that align with Yeda
• Initiate direct outreach (email, DM, group posts, introductions)
• Communicate Yeda’s value clearly and honestly
• Build a simple pipeline of leads and next steps
• Coordinate with Yeda’s founder as families move toward intake chats

• Warm, articulate, and confident reaching out to new people
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups
• Proactive: you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas
• Able to navigate ambiguity and carve structure in a startup setting
• Fluent in English
• Bonus: knowledge of Chinese or Hebrew, or familiarity with community networks
