Educate Landlords and Property owners of Partnering with Nonprofit
Everlast Life Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Dallas, TX, is launching a virtual education initiative to connect landlords, property owners, attorneys, and CPAs with the benefits of partnering with nonprofit organizations.
Everlast Life Foundation empowers widows and orphans through faith-based programs in Job Training, Education, Shelter, Uplift, and Sustainability. We work with partners across industries to provide lasting community solutions through compassion and sustainable development.
Project OverviewThis project is designed to educate real estate professionals and financial advisors about the strategic and moral value of partnering with nonprofits. Many landlords and advisors are unaware of the potential tax benefits, community impact, and business opportunities available through charitable housing partnerships.
By hosting interactive virtual sessions, we aim to bring together professionals who can help us expand housing resources for those in need while improving the professional awareness of nonprofit–property collaborations.
