Position: Digital Marketing Manager (SEO/SEM/Social)

We combine real-world data with active patient recruitment, multichannel digital marketing, and partnerships with community and faith-based organizations for high impact patient outreach and acquisition. Our recruitment strategies are tailor-made for each clinical trial.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Digital Marketing Manager (T, Th in office; MWF remote work). The digital marketing manager will be responsible for implementing and managing M&B Sciences social media marketing campaigns, utilizing web analytics to track campaign progress, conducting online marketing activities, and effectively communicating with the team and clients.

Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Tik Tok.
  • Proven ability to create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools.
  • Monitor M&B Sciences social listening channels to gather insights on customer sentiment and industry trends.
  • Proven ability to conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach.
  • Experience with web analytics and social media metrics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to assess campaign performance.
  • Plan and execute paid effective advertising campaigns.
  • Strong writing ability and ensuring content accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication.
  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Public Health Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Preferences
  • Experience marketing in healthcare
  • Experience with CMS (content management systems) and design tools and systems (Figma) is a plus.
  • A Masters Degree or higher in Marketing, Public Health Communications or related field
  • Experience with digital marketing outside of the U.S. (Canada, UK, EU, Germany, France)
