We are looking for a Growth & Community Lead to drive user growth, brand presence, and ecosystem engagement in Ghana. This role will focus on building ’s community, executing localized marketing initiatives, and establishing strong partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. You will work closely with the General Manager, Africa, as well as global marketing, product, and operations teams to grow ’s presence in Ghana and West Africa.
WHATYOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute localized growth and community strategies to expand ’s presence in Ghana.
- Drive user acquisition through community engagement, social media campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Build and manage relationships with key crypto communities, influencers, developers, and ecosystem partners.
- Lead community engagement initiatives across platforms including X (Twitter), Telegram, Discord, and other local channels.
- Plan and execute community events, educational programs, meetups, and industry activations.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to align local campaigns with global brand messaging.
- Identify emerging trends within Ghana’s digital asset ecosystem and provide insights to guide product and market strategies.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to launch and promote new products and features in the Ghanaian market.
- Develop influencer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) programs to strengthen brand awareness and trust.
- Monitor community feedback and market sentiment to help improve customer experience and product-market fit.
- Track campaign performance and community growth metrics to optimize engagement and acquisition strategies.
- 4+ years experience in crypto, digital marketing, community management, or ecosystem growth.
- Strong understanding of the Ghanaian crypto and Web3 ecosystem.
- Proven experience growing online communities, managing social media platforms, and working with influencers or KOLs.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, community activations, and ecosystem initiatives.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement and growth data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and workload management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule to coordinate with global stakeholders.
