Overview
Corporate Tools is looking for a Direct Mail Specialist to oversee our direct mail campaigns. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home, with the option to visit local offices in Post Falls, ;
Spokane, WA;
Austin, TX; and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and receive comprehensive company benefits.
As the marketing mastermind behind our direct mail campaigns, you’ll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to craft messages that captivate, engage, and drive results. Your role includes developing, launching, and refining campaigns for both current and prospective customers to help grow the brand and generate leads.
WageUp to $80,000 per year

- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution for our direct mail channel.
- Analyze the target audience to understand needs, pain points, and desires, tailoring messaging to resonate.
- Research industry trends, customer behaviors, and competitor strategies to keep campaigns fresh and aligned with market demands.
- Craft attention-grabbing headlines and clear, concise calls-to-action that encourage immediate engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to create audience files, refine targeting lists, and develop advanced models for audience selection, including trigger-based campaigns to drive response.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing-centric roles
- 1+ year of experience with direct mail channel campaigns
- Experience with marketing strategies and tactics in either B2B or B2C settings
- Exposure to data analytics tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt writing style and messaging to suit different platforms and channels (email, social media, landing pages)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus
- Genuine enthusiasm for channel marketing and direct mail
- Clear, concise, and persuasive copywriting with demonstrated results
