Overview

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager - REMOTE. This role is critical in shaping marketing initiatives for VITROS® systems across North America. The successful candidate will lead strategic marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving business results. By fostering collaboration across teams, the Senior Marketing Manager will position products effectively in the market and engage key stakeholders.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute a NA clinical laboratory VITROS® marketing plan(s) to support the achievement of the NA AOP and product placement targets.
  • Establish and track/trend key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness.
  • Develop customer-facing and internal positioning, messaging, and collateral to promote placement of VITROS® systems.
  • Maintain and expand a deep understanding of the NA IVD diagnostics market and establish productive relationships with key customers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness.
  • Define and track  targets to ensure alignment with overall sales goals.
  • Ensure effective product positioning and messaging content are established and kept current.
Requirements
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Healthcare Management.
  • Experience:

    10+ years in IVD diagnostics or core laboratory experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and launching IVD diagnostic products.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams remotely and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, presentation, and analytic skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
