Meet PROPERONI®, a purpose-led challenger brand changing the world of pepperoni as we know it. We’re the UK’s first proper clean-label, not ultra-processed pepperoni — proudly stocked in Tesco and Ocado, and growing fast in food service.
We’re looking for a passionate and food-obsessed Marketing Executive (Social & Digital) to help drive PROPERONI’s next stage of growth. This role combines creativity, digital marketing, and hands-on content creation — ideal for someone who’s confident behind the camera, in the kitchen, and across digital platforms. You’ll help shape how we tell PROPERONI’s story, growing our audience and engagement through authentic, standout content and strategic digital campaigns.
Whowe’re looking for
You live and breathe food and digital. You’re creative, resourceful, and data-aware — equally happy shooting content in the kitchen as you are analysing what performs best online. You’ll have practical experience growing social channels and delivering engaging digital campaigns that build loyalty and drive results.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial & Content
- Own the creation and delivery of all content across PROPERONI’s social channels (Tik Tok, Instagram, and Linked In).
- Plan, cook, style, and shoot recipe content that brings PROPERONI products to life.
- Manage day-to-day social activity, including scheduling, posting, community management, and social listening.
- Analyse performance and report on metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach.
- Identify and work with relevant food creators, chefs, and brand partners to amplify content.
Email & Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute engaging email marketing campaigns (experience with Klaviyo preferred).
- Support delivery of digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, from web to email.
Wider Marketing Support
- Assist with the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider marketing objectives.
- Support coordination of online promotions, contests, and giveaways.
- Create content including blog posts, website updates, articles, emails, and multimedia assets that support the annual marketing plan.
- Assist with basic website and e-commerce tasks (e.g. updating product copy, visuals or assets).
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across social and digital channels.
- Provide light-touch performance reports and insights on digital initiatives.
- Contribute to influencer and partnership activations, events, and day-to-day team projects.
Creative & Cross-Functional Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling and consistent brand assets.
- Use Photoshop (or similar tools) to create and adapt artwork for consumer/trade shows, digital banners, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Work with Canva and video editing tools to bring campaign ideas to life.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and planning sessions, contributing ideas across brand, digital, and trade activity.
- Provide ad hoc support at consumer and trade events, including product sampling.
- Assist sales and marketing teams with store compliance checks and general marketing admin tasks.
- 2+ years in a marketing or digital role, ideally within FMCG, food, or a challenger brand.
- Proven hands-on experience creating and growing social channels and managing online communities.
- Strong creative skills, including photography, videography, and editing for platforms like Tik Tok and Instagram.
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns and analysing digital performance.
- Confident using Canva, Photoshop, basic video editing tools and email marketing tools like Klaviyo.
- Excellent writing skills with strong attention to tone and detail.
- A genuine love for food and cooking, with confidence handling and styling meat-based products (especially pork).
- Private health insurance.
- A creative, collaborative office space in Camden.
- The opportunity to play a key role in shaping one of the UK’s most exciting growing challenger food brands.
