• 5-6 years of copywriting experience, primarily focused on paid social and direct response
• Deep understanding of direct response copywriting principles
• Portfolio showcasing paid social performance work, including high-converting ad copy and UGC/influencer scripts
• Demonstrated experience writing for short-form video formats across platforms like Meta, Tik Tok, and You Tube
• Strong analytical instincts with experience in performance dashboards

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, subscription, or non-physical product categories
• TV or long-form video scripting experience
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationale to stakeholders
