Schedule:
Hybrid - Flexible Daily Hours. Remote Tu & Th
Compensation: $55,

If you're into all of this, we're looking for a Project Coordinator.
You know what to do, right?
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating all projects that come through the agency.
- Help to drive project-related deadlines for both clients and company.
- Prioritize completing projects and tasks, request project estimates from clients.
- Set up and maintain client folders and project boards.
- Main liaison between agency and clients and other creative directives; provide feedback from the creatives and the clients, etc.
- Facilitate project debriefs, team huddles, weekly traffic meetings.
- Routinely make sure deadlines are set, pulses are updated and reach out to team members to get updates as needed.
- Support the Operations Lead in identifying, creating and improving processes as needed.
- Communicate all, good and bad news to clients and team members.
- Education and/or experience in:
Advertising and Marketing Communications, Business, Management - Familiarity with and ability to learn/use Google Drive, Dropbox, Monday (Project Management Software), Google Sheets, and Apple Products (iPad and iMac)
- Suitable workspace when working from home
- Highly organized and exceptional communication skills
- Extremely detail oriented and prioritizes deadlines
- Comfortable collaborating with a team and working independently
