Role OverviewThe Head of Growth Marketing will lead the charge in scaling our growth strategies and initiatives for Roadpass Digital’s brands. This role will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing campaigns that maximize our reach and conversion. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making, aiming to drive brand awareness and accelerate our membership growth.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that leverages digital channels to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention for all Roadpass Digital products.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative marketing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing for performance and ROI while pushing creative boundaries.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and user data to derive actionable insights that inform ongoing strategy and improve customer journeys.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting for growth initiatives, ensuring efficient utilization of resources towards achieving targeted growth goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor actions; adjust strategies to leverage new opportunities and counteract threats in a highly competitive market.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while driving performance.
- Engage with the product development team to align marketing initiatives with product launches and features for maximum impact.
- Work in collaboration with analytics and data science teams to ensure marketing strategies are backed by data-driven insights.
- Build relationships and collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance growth efforts, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
- Grow ad sales channel and embed large-scale partnerships that put our product into other larger customer benefit ecosystems.
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience managing a marketing team, with strong leadership skills and a focus on team development.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing, and familiarity with best practices and tools in these domains.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets; experience using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting insights and strategies effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and emerging industry trends.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
