Marketing Manager Remote (Based in Oklahoma City, OK) Full-Time | Root Stone Companies

Root Stone Companies is seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for two innovative brands:
Intelli Shade Inc. and Outdoor Office Next.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategy and execution—someone who can develop strong marketing programs while also creating the tools and messaging that support sales, dealers, and product growth.

You will work closely with the Senior Management Team and the President/CEO to help grow brand awareness, strengthen dealer programs, and develop marketing systems that support business expansion.

This is a remote position based in Oklahoma City, working with teams located in Louisville, Kentucky and Portland, Oregon.

• Lead marketing strategy and execution for two growing brands
• Develop and manage marketing collateral, product materials, and brand messaging
• Support sales teams with tools and resources that help communicate product value
• Help develop and support dealer and partner programs
• Manage and improve company websites and digital presence
• Oversee social media and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate trade show participation and industry marketing efforts
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and production teams to align marketing with company growth
• Manage one direct report and coordinate with external marketing vendors

• 5+ years of marketing experience
• Strong skills in marketing strategy, content development, and brand messaging
• Experience supporting sales teams and creating marketing collateral
• Experience managing websites, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with distributed teams
• Experience in B2B, manufacturing, product, or dealer-based industries is a plus

• Starting salary: $65,000 per year
