• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
  Graduate degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience in communications measurement and optimization
• Hands‑on experience with communications technology and analytics platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to produce high‑quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage clients effectively

• Experience as a leader in transformation efforts impacting people, processes, and technology
• Deep knowledge of the global competitive landscape within the communications sector
• Proven subject‑matter expertise comfortable in presenting at various speaking engagements
• Ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments and collaborate across teams
