We are a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in digital marketing for service-based businesses, charities, and not-for-profits. Our clients across Canada and United States rely on us as a trusted partner for their digital marketing needs.
Who We’re Looking For To Join Our TeamWe’re seeking a talented full-time Copywriter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll be the voice behind multiple brands, creating compelling content that engages audiences and drives conversions across all digital channels.
This is a fully remote position open to permanent residents living anywhere in Canada.
You’ll work directly with our Project Manager to produce multiple pieces of high-quality content daily, making a real impact on our clients’ success.

Content Creation & Strategy- Write compelling, conversion-focused copy for diverse digital channels including websites, social media (Linked In, Facebook, Instagram), email campaigns, blog posts, newsletters, and digital ads
- Develop 3-5+ pieces of content daily across multiple client accounts
- Adapt writing style and tone to match different client brands, particularly within the home services industry (HVAC, moving, renovations)
- Create both original content and optimize AI-assisted content using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI platforms
- Work directly with our Project Managers to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with designers and digital marketing specialists to ensure cohesive campaign messaging
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative content strategies
- Provide creative input on campaign concepts and marketing initiatives
- Apply SEO best practices to improve content visibility and search rankings
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine messaging and approach
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices
- Continuously test and optimize copy to improve conversion rates
- 3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar fast-paced environment
- Proven portfolio demonstrating versatility across multiple content formats and industries
- Strong command of Canadian English with exceptional grammar, spelling, and editing skills
- Experience working with AI copywriting tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Copy.ai, etc.) and ability to train/optimize these tools for brand voice
- Proficiency in content management systems and basic understanding of HTML/web publishing
- Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
- Natural storytelling ability with a knack for turning complex concepts into clear, engaging content
- Data-driven mindset with ability to write copy that converts
- Comfort with hybrid workflows combining human creativity with AI assistance
- Experience with social media management and understanding of platform-specific best practices
- Familiarity with marketing automation and email marketing platforms
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills for remote work
- Ability to handle 3-5+ projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
- Comfortable with constructive feedback and iterative improvement
- Quick learner who adapts easily to new tools, platforms, and client requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking
- Knowledge of the home services industry
- Experience with conversion copywriting and direct response marketing
- Background in content strategy or digital marketing
- Certification in copywriting, content marketing, or related field
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Teamwork etc.)
- Competitive salary: $55,000 – $65,000 CAD annually (based on experience)
