• Lead and manage small- to medium-sized marketing projects while assisting with larger initiatives
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain standard work tools such as project request forms and content calendars
• Track and allocate project resources and budgets effectively
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in marketing, project management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of marketing terminology, timelines, and workflows
• Experience working with advertising agencies or within a public-sector organization is desirable
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage projects from start to finish

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field
• Experience in marketing project management
