This is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with a balance of in-office and remote work. The Account Executive will help manage day-to-day public relations and communications activities for clients across the firm's core industries. Responsibilities include drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, creating content for various media channels, managing social media strategies, executing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will act as a client point of contact, ensuring deliverables are met and supporting strategic initiatives.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills to create compelling press materials, content, and client communications.
- Experience in media relations, including managing media inquiries, cultivating relationships with journalists, and coordinating press coverage.
- Skills in social media management, digital marketing strategies, and content marketing to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Proficiency in public relations planning, campaign execution, and client management to meet project goals and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients and internal teams collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PR and social media tools (e.g., Cision, Hootsuite) is beneficial.
- Previous agency experience or familiarity with the firm's core practice industries is a plus.
