Job Description
This is a remote position.
The DTC Brand Strategist owns client growth across social, search, and retention marketing, aligning with Amazon efforts when needed. They lead audits, develop strategy, and oversee execution to drive KPIs like ROAS, CAC, retention, and LTV. By turning insights into clear roadmaps, they define brand positioning and differentiation. Collaborating with creatives and channel specialists, they align budgets and campaigns to drive revenue, while monitoring performance, optimizing spend, and maintaining clear client communication.
Key Responsibilities- Own DTC performance across social, search, and retention channels, driving key KPIs like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and retention.
- Develop quarterly roadmaps including budgets, campaign mix, testing priorities, and retention strategies.
- Conduct audits of paid media, retention, brand presence, and funnel performance to uncover growth opportunities.
- Build and refine brand strategy, including messaging, voice, positioning, and differentiation.
- Oversee execution by guiding channel teams on targeting, scaling, and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Amazon, Paid Media, and Analytics teams to align efforts.
- Monitor performance through dashboards; troubleshoot issues and adjust strategies as needed.
- Lead client communications, including strategy calls and QBRs, while identifying growth and upsell opportunities.
- 5+ years managing social ads with a strong focus on DTC/B2C campaigns.
- 3+ years hands‑on with Meta & Tik Tok Ads.
- Expertise in email marketing and multi‑channel campaign integration.
- Skilled in CRO & A/B testing to boost conversions and landing page performance.
- Strong creative eye and copywriting ability for consumer engagement.
- Active Meta & Tik Tok Ad Certifications.
- Proven leader with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
- Track record of building scalable workflows for creative and performance marketing.
- Data‑driven mindset with sharp analytical and optimization skills.
- Excellent communicator, highly organized, and results‑focused.
- A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM).
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed.
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day.

Proven experience managing a Shopify store, including product listings, inventory, and performance optimization. Knowledge of eCommerce marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media). Strong understanding of Shopify apps, plugins, and integrations. Experience with website troubleshooting and coordination with developers. Proficient in Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, and other performance tracking tools. Basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, Liquid) to implement simple customizations. Creative mindset with experience in visual merchandising and branding.
Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
