Kingdom Culture Agency is excited to offer an internship opportunity for a passionate and driven Social Media Manager Intern to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in managing and growing our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. As an intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with our social media team to create and execute strategies that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate meaningful connections with our audience.

You’ll be involved in every aspect of social media management, from content creation to community engagement, and will be mentored by our experienced team.

Role Significance

As an integral member of Kingdom Culture Agency, the Social Media Manager Intern will not only assist with daily social media operations but will also be mentored through close collaboration with our creative team. This position goes beyond basic social media tasks—it’s about learning the strategy behind each post, understanding audience behavior, and mastering social media tools. This internship is designed to give you a deep understanding of how social media drives brand growth and engagement while preparing you for future roles in digital marketing and social media management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Scheduling
    • Develop creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Linked In, etc.).
    • Create engaging captions and graphics aligned with the brand’s voice.
    • Schedule posts to ensure consistent activity across all channels.
    • Assist with ideation for new content, including videos, stories, and posts.
  • Community Management
    • Engage with followers and fans by responding to comments, direct messages, and mentions.
    • Maintain an active presence in relevant social media groups and communities.
    • Foster positive relationships with followers to build brand loyalty.
  • Social Media Monitoring and Reporting
    • Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity.
    • Track the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.
    • Provide weekly reports on social media growth, engagement, and traffic.
  • Social Media Strategy and Growth
    • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new strategies for growing engagement and reach.
    • Assist in running paid social media campaigns and optimizing them for performance.
    • Support the development of monthly content calendars and marketing strategies.
  • Learning and Collaboration
    • Attend team meetings and strategy sessions to discuss social media tactics and progress.
    • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to come up with fresh ideas.
    • Learn the best practices for each platform and how to measure success.
Qualifications
  • A strong passion for social media marketing and content creation.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Linked In, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop is a plus.
