We are looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to manage and optimize the marketing systems for our client, a New York Times bestselling author and physician specializing in reversing cognitive decline.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing our lead generation and webinar funnel to grow enrollment in our Alzheimer’s coaching program. You will work directly with Dr.our client to implement marketing campaigns, manage funnels, and analyze performance.
This is a hands‑on execution role focused on building, launching, and improving marketing systems, not a consulting position.
Responsibilities Funnel & Landing Page Management- Build and update landing pages for webinars and lead magnets
- Optimize funnel conversion rates
- Manage funnel tracking and analytics
- Set up webinar registration pages and funnels
- Manage email and SMS reminder sequences
- Coordinate webinar replay campaigns
- Track webinar performance metrics
- Build and schedule email campaigns
- Implement nurture and follow‑up sequences
- Manage audience segmentation and tagging
- Monitor open rates, click rates, and engagement
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube ad campaigns
- Optimize cost per lead and campaign performance
- Test new creatives, audiences, and messaging
- Report on ad performance and results
- Launch and manage lead magnets
- Monitor and improve opt‑in rates
- Track and optimize cost per lead
- Provide weekly reporting on key metrics, including:
- Cost per lead
- Webinar registrations
- Webinar attendance
- Funnel conversion rates
- Program enrollments
- Experience managing webinar‑based marketing funnels and lead generation campaigns
- Hands‑on experience managing paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, or You Tube
- Strong understanding of funnel optimization and conversion tracking
- Experience building and managing email marketing campaigns and automation
- Experience working with funnel and marketing automation tools such as Go High Level , Kajabi, or Click Funnels
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Convert Kit or Active Campaign
- Experience using Facebook Ads Manager and You Tube Ads for campaign management
- Familiarity with Zapier for marketing automation and integrations
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor performance
- Experience managing webinar platforms such as Zoom, Webinar Jam, or Ever Webinar
- Ability to independently execute campaigns from setup to optimization
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be located in Latam
- Experience with coaching programs, course launches, or online education funnels
- Background in health, wellness, or medical‑related marketing
- Experience optimizing webinar funnels for high‑ticket programs
- Work remotely Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week (no weekends)
- Vacation: 10 business days a year
- Holidays: 5 National Holidays a year
- Company Holidays: 5 Company Holidays a year (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Zipdev Day)
