* Social Media Content Intern (Gen Z Creator Role)
Looking for a Gen Z who loves Tik Tok more than studying. Turn your scrolling into a real skill (and income). No boring admin. Only real content, real experience.
What You’ll Be Doing (Not Your Usual Intern Job)You’re NOT here to do admin. You’re here to create, experiment, and grow.
- Film Tik Toks / Reels / Xiaohongshu with us (real shoots, real stories)
- Edit short‑form videos (Cap Cut / mobile editing is enough)
- Brainstorm viral hooks & content ideas
- Follow trends & turn them into our style
- Occasionally appear in videos (if you’re comfortable!)
- Help turn content into leads (DM replies / simple funnels)
- You’ll work directly with Melly Lim (personal brand + leader)
- Be part of real shoots, real clients, real stories
- Learn how content actually converts → leads → income
- Exposure to events, team culture, and business behind the scenes
- This is where you learn skills that can make money, not just for grades.
- Love Tik Tok / IG / XHS (you scroll a lot)
- Enjoy filming / editing / creating content
- Have a sense of trends, humour, or storytelling
- Are proactive (not waiting to be told what to do)
- Are open‑minded (we talk about life, legacy, family topics)
- You’ve posted content before
- You know Cap Cut / Canva
- You’re comfortable on camera
- Allowance: $800 – $1,000/month
- Performance bonuses (viral content / leads)
- Real skills: content → marketing → business
- Portfolio (you’ll actually have work to show)
- Exposure to events / shoots / campaigns
