Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, report insights, and ensure accountability across all contributors.

Foster collaboration, resolve challenges proactively, and support teams in achieving strategic and operational goals.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in marketing management, client project leadership, or account management roles.
Proven ability to define marketing strategies, set KPIs, and create execution roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
Strong business acumen, particularly in high-risk industries, with budgeting and reporting expertise.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with AI marketing tools, Google Analytics, and Figma.
Native-level English proficiency.
Highly proactive, accountable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
