The Senior Marketing Specialist translates Endosafe endotoxin testing marketing strategy into execution. This role partners with marketing leadership to plan, launch, optimize, and report on integrated global campaigns. The specialist works cross‑functionally with Marketing Operations, Product, Sales Operations, Market Research, and external agencies to deliver campaign results, accurate ROI reporting, and continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness. This position will work remote from home office.
Key Responsibilities Integrated & Digital Marketing Campaigns- Partner with the Endosafe Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across digital, print, video, and event channels.
- Apply modern digital marketing tools and best practices to support a seamless buyer’s journey and enhance sales responsiveness.
- Conduct content audits to assess readiness for campaigns, product launches, and major marketing initiatives.
- Implement key learnings from campaign performance and continuously refine program strategies.
- Create and manage lead acquisition campaigns; monitor performance, quantify ROI, and optimize for future initiatives.
- Build and refine lead nurturing workflows for inbound and outbound programs through email and digital content.
- Maintain engagement studio programs and content, with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
- Partner with Market Research to identify lead‑generation opportunities in new and niche markets (e.g., compounding pharmacy, consumer care, dialysis).
- Work with business analytics to research market dynamics, identify drivers of growth, and incorporate insights into marketing plans.
- Translate research findings into pilot campaigns and scale plans.
- Track competitive landscapes and evolving market trends to inform program development.
- Develop content strategy proposals with the marketing team, selecting the right formats (digital, print, video, etc.) for each initiative.
- Oversee content creation workflows, collaborating with agencies, vendors, and internal copywriters; manage timelines, deliverables, and reviews.
- Draft, refine, and distribute product updates, release notes, user guides, validation letters, and end‑of‑life notices.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and supports consistent messaging across channels.
- Identify and address gaps or missed opportunities in content processes; propose and implement solutions with measurable improvements.
- Measure and analyze content performance; apply insights to future content plans.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and deliverables across internal and external partners.
- Develop tools and workflows that streamline content collection, preparation, and publication.
- Ensure campaign assets and materials remain current, accurate, and aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
- Track and report campaign performance against KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Growth in marketing‑qualified leads and conversion rates.
- ROI improvements across lead acquisition and ABM campaigns.
- On‑time delivery of marketing campaigns, content, and ABM initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
