We are looking for a Global Communications Specialist (PR & Social) who is passionate about external communications, social media trends, and digital innovation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a flair for crafting content, leading communities, and managing executive communications across corporate channels in North America.
What will your job look like?- Develop and execute a global external communications strategy, with specific focus on North America.
- Create compelling content for Amdocs’ corporate social channels and leadership social communities, including posts, articles, thought leadership, and data‑driven campaigns.
- Manage daily communication with Amdocs’ global and local PR agencies.
- Create and manage the Amdocs Ambassador Club for North America.
- Lead communications with senior executives in North America, positioning Amdocs and its leadership as industry thought leaders.
- Handle media relations and corporate PR across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Utilize data to measure social media impact and optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the alignment of communication strategies with corporate business goals.
- Share relevant industry insights with internal teams to inspire and foster employee engagement.
- Work closely with PR agencies, creative teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to amplify the company’s impact and maintain brand consistency.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, PR, Media, or related fields.
- 5–8 years of experience in PR, social media management, or communications in a corporate or agency setting.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Experience managing social communities, engaging with audiences, and growing online networks.
- Analytical mindset with experience in leveraging data to optimize campaigns and content.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and prepare presentations/reports for executives.
- A deep understanding of the tech industry, emerging trends, and digital communication.
- Curiosity, agility, and the ability to think outside the box.
