Evergreen Investments is a real estate services company. We specialize in providing the best of two worlds, Market Intelligence and Real Estate Professional Services. Property owners are empowered to act quickly utilizing the market and data reports to inform what's best for their ownership model. For seasoned real estate investors, we supply service solutions that help them execute on their investment models.

Our specialization covers residential to 100-unit multi-family properties, and land. We couple this with the best-in-class Brokerage, Property Management, and Investor Support Services which enables our users to quickly enter, grow, maximize, and resell their real estate assets for evergreen cycles of wealth creation.

This is a remote position.

Evergreen Investments aims to ensure that every dollar invested in a home has a robust return attached. We’re excited to provide homeowners and investors with access to a suite of services that help determine their risk, rewards, and opportunities inherent to ownership using investment principles.

• Coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns.
• Provide strategy, research, and support to the organization to improve brand awareness.
• Increase sales, increase communication audience, and diversify client base.
• Identify appropriate research tools and methods, which may include phone, chatbots, online surveys, focus groups, and in-depth interviews.
• Conduct market research initiatives.
• Analyze research results; build and present reports of findings.
• Meet with clients to conduct and analyze service reviews or competitor research findings.
• Provide advice and recommendations on marketing strategies.
• Maintain client databases including email lists and CRM entries.
• Support the production of the content of creative concepts of our advertising and marketing promotional activities, including, but not limited to social media, direct mail, e‑mail, web, video, print, SEO/SEM.
• Build contact lists to support SEO strategy with email outreach.

• Desired candidate to be of sophomore year or higher.
• Projects portfolio or any previous work portfolio required; please include it in the application.
• Availability:
  Office hours Monday to Thursday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Hours can be flexible based on class schedules and availability.
