Product Marketing Director; Remote U.S

Position Summary

Uniguest is seeking a Product Marketing Director to lead strategic initiatives to position and grow SaaS products in competitive markets. You’ll own the go‑to‑market strategy, drive cross‑functional alignment, and ensure that product value is clearly communicated to customers and internal stakeholders. This is a remote position based in the United States and will begin in January 2026. Availability to start at that time is required.

• Lead the development of product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for SaaS offerings.
• Manage and mentor product marketing team members to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Own and execute go‑to‑market strategies for major product launches and feature rollouts.
• Partner with product management to influence roadmap decisions based on market insights and customer feedback.
• Enable sales and customer success teams with compelling narratives, tools, and training.
• Conduct in‑depth market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to drive awareness and adoption.
• Analyze product performance and campaign effectiveness to refine messaging and strategy.

• Proven success in launching and scaling SaaS products.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
• Experience working closely with sales, product, and executive teams.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, and product analytics platforms.

• 5–8+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
