Social Media & Marketing Intern

At Perform for Golf (P4G), we’re not your typical gym—we combine high-performance training with a fun, community-driven approach to help golfers increase power, mobility, and overall athleticism. This internship offers a chance to gain real-world marketing experience while collaborating with our sister companies—
Perform for Life, Bryant’s brand
, and other partner ventures—on content creation, digital strategy, and website updates.

Design, film, and edit social media content that highlights our elite golf training programs, success stories, and community events.

Capture photo/video content during training sessions, clinics, and member spotlights.

Work collaboratively with the marketing team to maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity.

Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, and You Tube.

Monitor and engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and nurture relationships with members, clients, and partner brands.

Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and provide weekly insights or recommendations.

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and digital advertising campaigns.

Support email marketing, content calendars, and promotions aligned with upcoming events or launches.

Contribute ideas to enhance our digital footprint and drive lead generation.

Use Canva and Adobe tools to create visuals for social media, newsletters, and events.

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines for P4G and sister companies.

Help maintain and update web pages or online listings (Google Business, Yelp, etc.) to ensure accurate and engaging presentation.

Attend gym sessions, local tournaments, and tabling events to collect media and strengthen our brand visibility.

Participate in marketing meetings and brainstorm sessions to bring fresh ideas that reflect golf and fitness culture.

A passion for golf, fitness, or performance training
.

Experience with social media management, content creation, or digital storytelling.

Proficiency in tools like Canva, Cap Cut, or Adobe Suite
.

Familiarity with Instagram/Meta analytics and current social trends.

Creative, reliable, and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Preferred majors:
Marketing, Communications, Kinesiology, or related fields.
