WFH Marketing Specialist
(Philippines-Based, US Hours)
Location: Remote – Philippines
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week with overlap to U.S. Eastern Time
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Compensation: $6 - $8/hr (depending on experience)

Position OverviewWe’re looking for a proactive and well-rounded Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines to support our growing digital marketing team. You’ll work across multiple marketing functions including analytics, campaign support, newsletter creation, ad copywriting, affiliate marketing, and more. You’ll also serve as a reliable backup for key marketing roles during absences.
Responsibilities Analytics & Reporting- A quiet, dedicated home office setup (away from domestic and street noise).
- Your OWN Equipment Desktop/laptop with:
- Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5
- 4GB+ RAM (8GB preferred)
- Windows OS / Mac OS
- Sound Card, Speakers (optional)
- Min 15” Monitor, preferably 2
- A quality virus and spyware protection and activated firewall
- Professional headset for the highest quality calls (e.g., Jabra Evolve 40 Stereo – Bluetooth / Earphones are not allowed). NOISE Cancelling.
- Stable wired broadband (no satellite or wireless). Broadband internet connection (DSL or cable)
Note:
Satellite, Dial-Up or wireless is not allowed. You will be required to test the connection - Chrome browser, sound card, speakers, 15" monitor (2 preferred).
Backup power solution (generator or equivalent) in case of outages.
