Job Description & How to Apply Below

Guernsey Tingle is currently seeking a full-time SENIOR MARKETING COORDINATOR to work with our Marketing and Business Development Team.

General responsibilities of this position include a hands‑on, production‑focused role responsible for the creation and coordination of high‑quality marketing materials. The primary focus of this position is the management of the proposal process from start to finish.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will work closely with Principals, Business Development Director, Project Managers, and technical staff to translate complex architectural concepts into compelling narratives that articulate the firm’s design value.

In addition to proposal development, this role supports general marketing communications, content library management, and maintenance of the firm’s digital presence to support overall business development goals.

Our Marketing Support Coordinator works closely with the Senior Marketing Coordinator position in a support role with both positions under the direction of the Business Development Director and firm Principals. Periodically, the Senior Marketing Coordinator may be tasked with delegation of tasks to the Marketing Support Coordinator in that absence of the Business Development Director.

This is a full‑time salaried position. This role does have the potential for a hybrid work environment that blends collaborative office days for team focused assignments with focused individual remote work. Initially, this role will start in office with the ability to transition into a hybrid model. Specifics are flexible and will be agreed upon at time of hire.
