Equipment Share is searching for a student intern to join the Field Marketing team at our Home Office in Columbia, Mo for the summer of 2026.
Primary ResponsibilitiesWe offer a flexible internship that will allow you to learn our business from the ground up while working on a series of team and independent projects.
- Collaborate with field marketing managers to support the field with events they are participating in.
- Work hands‑on with members of our branches to ensure timely delivery of goods, services and payment.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, guides, handouts to streamline participation in events around the country.
- Assist in reviewing, organizing, and tracking incoming event and sponsorship requests from field sales representatives, ensuring all submissions include required documentation and align with company guidelines and budget thresholds.
- Communicate with external vendors, sponsors, and community partners to coordinate logistics, gather information, and manage relationships.
- Work cross‑functionally with the creative and brand teams to request and organize marketing assets for upcoming events.
- Track and maintain an up‑to‑date events calendar to ensure planning milestones and deadlines are met.
- Act as a customer service representative for our employees at more than 300 branches nationwide so they feel supported and set up for success for all events, including preparing presentations, reviewing event proposals, and updating internal documentation and guides.

- Must be actively working toward a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Events or a related field.
