Role SummaryWe’re hiring an Organic Social & Content Lead to take ownership of our core organic channels while acting as a recognisable face and personality of Lulla Bellz across our organic social channels.
This is a hands‑on role focused on content execution, channel management and on‑camera presence. You will be responsible for delivering consistent, engaging organic content and supporting Tik Tok Live as a key commerce channel.
You will- Own our organic social channels
- Create high-performing short‑form content
- Be regularly on camera
- Bring our campaigns and launches to life through organic content
- Help grow our channels through engaging, personality‑led output
- Lead on EGC (employee generated content)
- Host Tik Tok Lives
- Concept, film and edit short‑form video content
- Confidently appear on camera as a recognisable brand personality
- Create product demos, transformations and confidence‑led storytelling
- Develop and scale EGC formats
- Identify and feature team members in relatable, personality‑led content
- Ensure content feels native, engaging and platform‑appropriate
This role requires someone comfortable being the face of the brand on social.
2. Organic Social Ownership- Own day‑to‑day management of our organic social channels (Instagram & Tik Tok)
- Execute campaign content rollouts across organic
- Plan and schedule daily content
- Ensure consistent posting rhythm and channel hygiene
- Support product launches, key trading moments and brand activations
- Monitor performance and flag opportunities for improvement
You are responsible for ensuring organic runs smoothly, consistently and professionally.
3. Tik Tok Live- Host regular Tik Tok Live sessions
- Confidently demonstrate and style hair extensions in real time
- Engage viewers and answer product questions
- Support Live planning around launches and commercial priorities
- Contribute to driving revenue through live selling
- Confident and natural on camera
- Comfortable being the face of a brand
- Experienced in creating and editing short‑form video (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, Tik Tok native tools)
- Obsessed with Tik Tok and Instagram
- Commercially aware and excited by content driving sales
- Understanding of performance metrics (engagement, views etc.)
- Highly organised and proactive
- Already create content personally
- Love hair, beauty or styling
- Can confidently apply and blend hair extensions yourself
- Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
- Hybrid role: 3 days Manchester office, 2 days working from home
