Our headquarters are in Sofia with a team of 200 and we have a sales office in San Diego, CA.

We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Manager to lead and execute PR initiatives across international markets, with a strong focus on the United States and Europe, while supporting additional global regions.

Develop and execute PR strategies for international markets

Manage media relations, press outreach, and communication with journalists and key publications

Create and coordinate press releases, announcements, media kits, and PR materials

Drive international product and company communications in collaboration with internal teams

Coordinate PR campaigns across multiple markets, partners, and time zones

Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry stakeholders globally

Monitor PR performance, media coverage, and brand sentiment; provide regular reporting and insights

Support crisis communication planning and manage reputation-related activities when needed

Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and ensure consistent brand voice

Proven PR experience managing communications for international markets (US experience is a strong advantage)

Background in a product software company is highly preferred

Experience in a PR or marketing agency is a big plus

Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, engaging, and impactful messaging

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Fluent / near-native English (written and spoken) is a must

Additional languages are considered a strong advantage

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working with global/remote teams

Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital products

Established media contacts in the US or international markets

Familiarity with PR tools and platforms (Meltwater, Cision, Muck Rack, etc.).

Working on inspiring products in a team of supportive professionals;
