Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive engagement strategy for Living Faith TV's medical content, including social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms - Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant medical content that engages our audience - Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including medical experts and industry partners, to ensure high-quality and relevant content - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new engagement tactics and platforms - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase engagement and viewership - Manage a team of engagement specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of the engagement strategy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across all engagement efforts - Track and report on engagement metrics and provide regular updates to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in engagement or content marketing, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry - Proven track record of developing and executing successful engagement strategies - Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital engagement channels - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success - Experience managing a team and providing guidance and support to achieve goals - Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment - Passion for the medical and healthcare industry and a desire to make a positive impact through engaging content Living Faith TV offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
