Role Purpose andKey Responsibilities
As a Marketing Business Partner, you will lead the development of compelling, value‑led content that strengthens member engagement, supports acquisition and retention, and drives commercial product performance. You will ensure our content strategy reflects what members need, showcases the value of RICS, and supports global teams with a clear, consistent and impactful content pipeline.
You will work with product and regional teams to shape campaigns, deliver creative assets, and bring our membership value story to life across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a content strategy and delivery plan that supports membership, revenue and value‑based objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high‑quality content across formats (articles, videos, social, infographics, thought leadership) in collaboration with product, markets and experience teams.
- Lead "always‑on" value‑of‑membership content work, ensuring that campaigns clearly articulate impact and relevance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across global teams to ensure content aligns with marketing campaigns and organisational priorities.
- Partner with digital channel owners to align content with platform goals, engagement metrics and audience expectations.
- Work closely with the Strategic Content Lead to ensure content aligns with wider organisational narratives.
- Manage marketing agencies and freelance contributors as needed.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on improving content quality, encouraging innovation and ensuring brand consistency.
- Establish processes for content measurement, repurposing and retirement, ensuring insights inform future work.
- Collaborate with experience operations teams to evaluate content effectiveness and optimise future campaigns.
You are a Marketing Business Partner with strong storytelling skills and the ability to turn complex subject matter into engaging, accessible content. You thrive in a matrixed environment, can manage multiple projects at pace, and build strong relationships across teams. You bring creativity, structure and strategic thinking to every project and are confident leading contributors and freelancers.
- Significant experience in content marketing with strong campaign execution skills.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Experience creating content tailored to different audiences and channels, including social, email and events.
- Experience producing digital and multimedia content aligned to campaign objectives.
- Proven ability to build strong networks across complex organisations and influence stakeholders.
- Line management or freelance‑coordination experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines without compromising quality.
