In this role, you will have a critical impact on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion throughout the customer lifecycle. As a strategic and hands‑on marketing leader, you will design and execute customer marketing programs while overseeing integrated campaigns that call for cross‑functional collaboration.

You will help guide the company to achieve its growth objectives by managing multiple campaigns and aligning marketing efforts with sales and customer success initiatives. Accountabilities
  • Build and scale customer marketing programs focused on adoption and retention
  • Design integrated campaigns aligned with sales and product marketing

Requirements
  • 6‑9+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in high‑growth SaaS companies
  • Proven track record in integrated campaign strategy and execution
  • Experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or post‑sale programs
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnels and sales alignment
  • High level of organization and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing campaigns using performance insights
