- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Technical writing experience and knowledge of Section 508 compliance
- Proficiency in using email marketing and automation platforms
- Ability to work with MS Office, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong ability to develop relationships both in person and over the phone
- Detail-oriented with a careful approach to tasks
- Capacity to exercise independent judgment and meet deadlines
- Effective time management skills
