Brands Account Manager; Experienced in TikTok

We partner with high-growth e-commerce and consumer brands such as Duolingo, Gymshark, Amazon, and Converse, delivering full-funnel Tik Tok growth through content creation, influencer marketing, and paid media.
The RoleWe are hiring an experienced Client Success Manager to manage and grow relationships with our brand partners. This role is highly client-facing and strategic. You will work directly with brand CEOs, founders, and senior marketing teams, acting as their primary advisor and point of contact throughout the engagement.
This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who understands Tik Tok at a strategic level and can confidently manage executive-level stakeholders while driving performance and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Own a portfolio of brand accounts, managing relationships with CEOs, founders, and marketing leaders.
- Lead client onboarding, weekly reporting, content agendas, and ongoing strategy calls.
- Develop and oversee Tik Tok content and growth strategies in collaboration with internal creative, influencer, and paid media teams.
- Translate performance data, Tik Tok trends, and insights into clear strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless execution across content creation, influencer campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential within existing brand accounts.
- Maintain high client retention by anticipating challenges, managing expectations, and delivering consistent results.
- Act as the internal advocate for your clients, aligning cross-functional teams to brand objectives.
- 2+ years of experience in client success, account management, or brand management within a marketing, influencer, or social media agency.
- Hands‑on Tik Tok marketing experience, with a strong understanding of content creation, short‑form video strategy, and performance optimization.
- Comfortable working directly with executive‑level stakeholders (CEOs, founders, Heads of Marketing).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect marketing strategy to revenue outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident, polished, and professional in client‑facing settings.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote, fast‑paced environment.
- Experience working with E‑commerce or DTC brands
- Proven experience in influencer marketing or creator campaign management
- Experience building or scaling Tik Tok and/or Instagram accounts
- Knowledgeable or familiar with Tik Tok Shop
- Native or fluent English speaker
