The Activation team is the primary link between the company and its clients. They build strong client relationships, deliver standout digital campaigns, and drive clients' business growth with innovative strategies and educational workshops.
Role OverviewThe Senior Executive, Paid Media is a key member of the Activation team, reporting to the Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager. This role involves managing client campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Social, Display), including planning, optimization, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Optimizing campaign performance and troubleshooting issues.
- Creating media plans and proposing new testing ideas.
- Maintaining client communication and providing data‑driven recommendations.
- Producing end‑of‑campaign reports with insights.
- Building relationships with platform partners.
- Training and mentoring junior team members.
- 2-4 years of hands‑on in‑platform experience, ideally across a minimum of 2 of the following digital channels
: programmatic display, video, paid search and/or paid social. - A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.
- Experience in client and account management.
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.
- Enjoyment when working as part of a team.
