Resto Pros of Austin is looking for a creative, relationship-driven Marketing Coordinator & Event Planner to help us grow our brand and strengthen our referral partner network.

This is a flexible, part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and professional networking.

• Plan and film marketing content
• Help coordinate video shoots and educational content
• Build creative campaigns around seasonal initiatives

• Plan and host referral partner events
• Organize counter days, appreciation events, and networking mixers
• Coordinate logistics and follow-up

• Research and identify potential referral partners
• Help track partner engagement and CRM updates
• Support outbound outreach and relationship-building efforts

• Engage with local businesses and industry accounts
• Support posting and online interaction
• Help grow visibility in the Austin market

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable networking and meeting new people
