• Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and drive patient volume to key service lines
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign goals and strategies while acting as an advertising subject matter expert
• Manage agency partners in developing advertising strategies, media plans, and campaign components
• Evaluate and communicate advertising campaign results and effectiveness to stakeholders
• Oversee program budgets and vendor relationships, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in marketing, communications, and advertising
• Strong understanding of the advertising and marketing environment, including service line goals and audience needs
• Proven ability to manage multichannel advertising campaigns and analyze performance data
• Experience in agency management and budget oversight

• Experience with data analytics and performance tracking in marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing and patient acquisition strategies
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role within a marketing team
• Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing and advertising
• Strong presentation and communication skills
