PurposeThe Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Operations Co‑op/Intern role will contribute to the success of Scientific Affairs Partnerships & Population Health (SPPH) by effectively supporting strategic initiatives related to implementation of specific partnership engagements. This role focuses on developing and executing a comprehensive communication strategy and plan that highlights the innovative projects and impactful outcomes driven by the SPPH team.
You Will Be Responsible For- Partner engagement with select partners
- Support execution of specific project/engagements with select strategic partners (e.g., UIDP/Duke/UNC or Data partnerships)
- Communication strategy development – shadow and input
- Work alongside campaign mindset project lead to support the design of a comprehensive amplification plan for SPPH that aligns with organizational goals and priorities
- Support execution of specific tactics to elevate awareness of SPPH’s contributions internally and externally
- Content creation, internal and external amplification: develop and publish engaging articles for the company homepage, newsletters, and other internal platforms to showcase SPPH’s business impact
- Produce high‑quality content tailored to diverse audiences, including employees, collaborators, and external partners
- Execute on external amplification tactics identified in strategy – e.g., Linked In or other channels
- Metrics and impact measurement: support the definition and tracking of impact metrics to measure the effectiveness of amplification efforts
- Enthusiastic about developing partnerships and strategic communications
- Have experience in storytelling or marketing
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the pharma and healthcare sector is a plus
- Science, communications, and business majors are preferred (preferred colleges: schools that allow co‑ops, Drexel University, Northeastern University)
- Experience with social media platforms is a plus
