Marketing Content Manager - fully remote

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive / Content Manager to join a dynamic international team in a fully remote position.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing local marketing initiatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring the successful rollout of campaigns and content across multiple channels.

You will work closely with both local and international stakeholders and act as the key link between the local team and headquarters. The position requires strong collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Please note:
Candidates must be based in Belgium. The role is fully remote but requires residence in Belgium.

All internal meetings and communications are conducted in English, so a strong command of the language is essential.

• Monitor marketing performance across multiple channels including website traffic, registrations, conversions, and acquisition costs, ensuring alignment with market targets and KPIs
• Coordinate and localize marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies
• Ensure consistency and quality across all inbound and outbound communications
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Monitor and manage the local marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources
• Handle administrative follow‑up including vendor coordination and invoice processing
• Track and evaluate marketing activities and campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization
• Provide reporting and analysis on campaign performance and key marketing metrics
• Conduct market and media analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Support the development and execution of local marketing initiatives
• Ensure that marketing activities comply with local requirements and guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role

• Native-level French
• Excellent command of English
