The Paid Social Senior Analyst will plan and oversee the execution of paid social eCommerce media campaigns across multiple platforms. This individual will play a lead role in day-to-day campaign management while supporting overall strategy development and client communications in collaboration with the broader team.
Responsibilities- Planning, launching, and managing paid social eCommerce campaigns across platforms
- Leading daily campaign management, including monitoring, optimizations, and pacing
- Coordinating creative assets and ensuring timely campaign deployment
- Managing budgets and optimizing performance to meet or exceed pre-determined KPIs
- Maintaining and improving campaign performance against benchmarks on an ongoing basis
- Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad hoc)
- Supporting client communication with insights, performance updates, and strategic recommendations
- 2–3 years of hands‑on paid social experience across multiple platforms
- Experience working within major and emerging social channels (experience with META eCommerce is a plus)
- Strong process orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present performance insights clearly and confidently
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, and has an "always learning" mindset

Compensation Range: $60,600 - 93,600 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
