Marketing Coordinator

Momentum Enterprises is looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator 10-15 hours per week with a strong interest in creative media, social content, and design to support marketing across multiple brands and locations.

This is a hybrid position combining remote work with on-site support for events and projects at Momentum locations.

• Designing and coordinating flyers, social media posts, digital graphics, promotional materials, and email campaigns.
• Supporting marketing campaigns across social media, digital, and local promotions.
• Managing creative assets, timelines, and content calendars.
• Assisting with social media posting, content organization, and performance tracking.
• Helping promote events, community outreach, and brand initiatives.
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Ensuring all materials are on brand and visually consistent.
• Supporting on-site events with marketing and content needs.
• Assisting with basic reporting, analytics, and documentation.

• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working with social media platforms and digital content.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva and similar platforms.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of marketing, design, or related experience (internships welcome).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; candidates with equivalent experience or alternative educational backgrounds will also be considered.
