Monomoy Social Media is a done-for-you social media management company focused on helping businesses grow through strategic, consistent, high-quality content. We also offer paid ads on social platforms, email newsletters, email funnels, and occasional blog writing.
Our goal is to create measurable results for our clients while taking social media off their plates as much as possible. About the Role:This position blends account management with content creation. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients while also developing strategic, high-quality B2B content. Success in this role requires both strong communication and creative skills, and the ability to think strategically about client goals.
This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, follows through consistently, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
You’ll work remotely with flexible hours (approximately 10–20 hours per week), while staying connected through Slack check-ins and weekly team meetings.
What You’ll Do:- Serve as a friendly, professional point of contact for clients
- Build strong client relationships through clear, human communication
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Create weekly social media and digital content
- Participate in occasional client meetings alongside the company owner
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and strategic objectives
- Balance big-picture strategy with precise execution
We’re seeking someone who is both strategic and detail-driven — someone who can see where a client is going while managing the day-to-day execution that gets them there.
Core Qualities:- Strategic thinker with strong organizational skills
- Highly detail-oriented (no typos, brand matches across platforms)
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
- Able to follow and maintain brand guidelines
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing industry
Skills:
- Video editing experience (required)
- Strong experience working within Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Linked In and B2B marketing/content experience (required)
- Ability to develop content aligned with client strategy and goals
- Comfort using tools such as Google Workspace, Loomly, Canva, Slack, Grammarly, Cap Cut, social platforms, and more.
- Openness to learning and using new tools and strategies, including AI
- 3–4 years of B2B content creation experience
- Experience working directly with clients
- Remote work with highly flexible scheduling - must be a self-starter and conscientious about getting things done
- Weekly Monday team meetings
- Occasional daytime Slack check-ins
- Collaborative, supportive small-team environment
- Clients feel confident and taken care of.
- Content is delivered on time without reminders.
- Content calendars are completed and approved each month
- Communication is clear, proactive, and professional
