SNTV are looking for a Commercial Accounts Executive to join their commercial team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing admin support to the sales teams and dealing with general client enquiries.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities- Day to day first contact liaison with Associate Press and IMG’s sales team across assigned markets
- Work with the Marketing team to produce support materials used by the sales team to pitch to new prospects and during renewal negotiations
- Draft paperwork and co‑ordinate with the legal team on new contracts as instructed by the sales executive
- Compile forecast sheets for annual budget process which should include renewals and new business forecasts
- Update internal CRM with all ongoing discussions across the sales team as well as to ensure all updated client information is held on file
- Deal with incoming enquiries from clients and pass onto relevant division to manage
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
- Office administration experience
- Flexible and adaptable approach – ability to work across different internal teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong all‑round sporting knowledge
- Competent in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good time management and organizational skills – ability to prioritise workload efficiently
- Calm and professional manner
- Timely, accurate and reliable
- This is a fixed‑term contract position until 15th March 2027 and is maternity cover
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
