- Own and optimize marketing technology platforms like Hub Spot and Chili Piper
- Manage integrations between key platforms such as Hub Spot and Salesforce
- Ensure data integrity and system reliability across all marketing systems
- Develop advanced workflows for lead management and automation
- Partner with Revenue Operations to maintain clear definitions in lead lifecycle
- Support sales teams with visibility into campaign performance and lead tracking
- Monitor and report on marketing attribution and funnel performance
- Identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks for improved efficiency
- 5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations or similar roles
- Advanced understanding of Hub Spot including workflows and reporting
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hub Spot and Salesforce
- Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management
- Proven ability in managing marketing tech integrations
- Analytical mindset with a focus on systems
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
- Ability to balance strategic and hands‑on tasks effectively
