The OpportunityWe are seeking our first ever in‑house Growth Marketing Manager to own our organic growth engine across SEO, newsletters, social (organic), and drive website conversion improvements. This role is responsible for content strategy and creation, website optimization, performance measurement, and shaping the voice and direction of our luxury adventure brand. WhatYou Will Own
- Organic traffic growth to high intent destination and itinerary pages.
- Content strategy aligned with revenue and commercial intent.
- Conversion rate improvements across priority landing pages.
- Email lifecycle and newsletter strategy.
- SEO roadmap including on‑page optimization, technical coordination, and authority building.
- Measurement framework and reporting across the full funnel.
You will collaborate with leadership, sales, developers, and select external partners, but you will own and execute the strategy.
What Success Looks LikeIn your first 90 days you will:
- Establish a clean measurement foundation.
- Identify top web pages for optimization.
- Launch a prioritized content roadmap.
- Deliver early conversion improvements.
- Identify and execute SEO technical health improvements.
Long term success will be measured by:
- Growth in organic sessions.
- Increased assisted conversions from organic channels.
- Conversion rate lift on key landing pages.
- Expansion of keyword footprint in priority destinations.
- Sustainable, repeatable content production systems.
- We value durable growth systems over short term spikes.
- 4 plus years in growth, performance, or organic marketing roles, preferably in the travel sector.
- Demonstrated success driving revenue through SEO and content.
- Strong analytical ability using GA4, Search Console, and reporting tools.
- Deep experience with Word Press and UI/UX best practices. We have developers available for technical heavy lifting.
- Experience with email automation platforms such as Active Campaign.
- Comfortable writing content, editing photos and videos, and working across brand channels.
- Take a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. You rely on facts and analysis to guide strategies and optimize processes.
- Hands‑on, resourceful, and able to manage broad responsibilities independently.
- Enjoys small teams, fast decision‑making, and high ownership.
- Salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.

This position will begin as a contract role, with the opportunity to transition to full‑time employment with comprehensive benefits (health & dental insurance + retirement plan + generous PTO), after 12 months based on performance and mutual fit.
What This Role Is NotA paid media manager. We work with external partners on PPC and paid acquisition. This position focuses on owned and organic growth channels.
A project coordinator managing agencies. This is a hands‑on ownership role, not a vendor oversight position.
