We are looking for a passionate and skilled Marketing Specialist to contribute to our growing success. In this role, reporting to the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will own the delivery of sector specific marketing campaigns including product launches by coordinating activities, managing timelines and ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement insight-led campaigns that drive awareness and engagement. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their marketing expertise while contributing to global initiatives and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sector marketing campaigns: work closely with the Customer and Market Insight teams to create and deliver strategic marketing campaigns that align with business objectives for target sectors ensuring consistency and impact across all regions
  • Team collaboration: bring together a team of brand and creative, UX and web to implement marketing campaigns that drive both brand awareness and lead generation
  • Product launches: plan and deliver strategic product marketing launches as part of marketing campaigns
  • Insight-led messaging: utilise in-depth marketing research and customer insights to define effective and compelling customer messaging
  • Creative: brief and oversee the creative process for content generation ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and the brand strategy
  • Customer journey: collaborate closely with the team to develop campaign journeys, target segmentation and marketing analytics
  • Reporting: monitor and report on campaign metrics and provide analysis to demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing activities
  • Continuous improvement: remain current with marketing and sector trends to evolve our marketing campaigns
Skills/Experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a process engineering or related B2B marketing role
  • Skilled in managing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects
  • Ability to work autonomously to deliver results in a busy, pressurised work environment
  • Solid demonstrable experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on creating and managing complex marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated organisational skills and methodical approach to completing tasks
