In this critical role, you will directly influence customer acquisition during a significant growth phase. You will work closely with the Growth Marketing team to manage and optimize performance across various paid social and search channels. Your hands‑on approach to campaign management will help reinforce best practices and innovative strategies, ensuring campaigns are responsive and deliver impactful results.

• Execute day-to-day campaign management + analysis across paid social (Meta, Tik Tok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) including bid, budget, and audience optimizations.
• Refresh ad copy, creative assets, and extensions in collaboration with the internal team.
• Implement structured testing frameworks (copy, creative, audience, landing page) to identify performance drivers and scale winners.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and recommendations that align with overall acquisition goals (CPA, ROAS, Cost/Purchase).
• Support the rollout of new channels and campaign types (You Tube, Demand Gen, etc.) as the company expands its media mix.
• Partner with internal teams on tracking and measurement to ensure high-quality signal input for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal leads to deliver reports, insights, and recommendations for weekly reviews.
• Utilize paid media technology to manage campaigns, bids, and budgets at scale.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social and paid search campaigns.
• Proven success managing seven‑figure monthly budgets and optimizing to CPA and ROAS targets.
• Deep proficiency in paid social (Meta, Tik Tok) and paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), with a strong grasp of campaign structure, automation levers, and creative optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and pivot quickly based on performance insights.
• Familiarity with other platforms such as Pinterest, Reddit and tools like Google Analytics a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high‑AOV consumer, health‑care, or wellness categories a plus.
