As a Performance Marketing Head, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid growth strategies to drive qualified leads and measurable business results across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Founder to align paid growth strategy with business objectives, while collaborating with the Marketing Head for execution alignment and cross‑functional coordination.

• Own weekly and monthly performance targets across paid channels.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, You Tube, and other relevant platforms.
• Strategically plan, allocate, and optimize advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Develop, prioritize, and test structured growth hypotheses across funnels and traffic sources.
• Lead, coordinate, and manage internal team members and external contractors (media buyers, designers, editors).
• Provide creative direction for ad concepts, hooks, messaging, and funnel angles.
• Contribute hands‑on to content creation when needed (e.g., ad copy, scripts, rough creative ideas).
• Monitor performance daily, analyze data deeply, and continuously optimize by scaling winning campaigns and cutting underperforming ones.
• Produce clear performance insights and analytical reports for strategic decision‑making.
• Generate new growth ideas and approaches to improve source and funnel conversion.
• Continuously research, onboard, and test new traffic sources, platforms, or growth opportunities.

• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and digital behavior.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in performance marketing, paid growth, or digital advertising.
• Exceptionally strong data analysis skills, able to interpret metrics, identify patterns, and translate data into actionable strategy.
• Proven ability to manage paid campaigns with clear business KPIs.
• Ability to lead, direct, and coordinate teams or contractors.
• Comfortable working in a flexible, remote, and fast‑changing environment, including collaboration with international stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
