Role Description

Metrigy seeks a part-time coordinator to support administrative, operational, project management, and customer service activities. This position requires six hours per day of work, four days per-week (Monday-Thursday), from 9:00AM - 3:00PM ET. This is a remote position though some travel and time in our Land-o-Lakes Florida office will be required. Location preference is in the Tampa Bay, FL area.

Roles and Responsibilities

Initial responsibilities include:

Sales, Marketing, and Client Services Support
  • Schedule prospect introductory calls for sales team
  • Schedule research briefings with clients
  • Manage on-site sales and prospect meetings to ensure analyst preparation
  • Troubleshoot website client access
  • Schedule meetings for events
  • Manage email marketing for webinars and events
  • Compile and distribute bi-weekly client newsletter
  • Onboard new clients
  • Assist with client project management and marketing operations, as needed
  • Company Operations
  • Manage CRM contacts
  • Employee travel planning and management
  • Company calendar and internal meeting management

    Required Skills and Experience
    • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management

      Skills:

      Proven ability to manage complex scheduling for multiple individuals.
    • Customer Service and Client Support Acumen: Experience in managing client inquiries, and onboarding new clients.
    • CRM Management: Experience with managing and maintaining contact information within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
    Nice-to-Have
    • Project Management

      Experience:

      Experience assisting with client or internal project management activities.
    • Travel Management: Prior experience in travel planning for events, maintaining travel preference records, and managing travel and expense reimbursements.
    • Marketing/Communications Support: Experience managing email marketing campaigns for webinars and events.
